Table, event and contact requests

When you submit a form we process the details you enter: name, email address, phone number, requested date, time and number of guests, occasion and your message. We also record which page and which source (for example a campaign) brought you to us. We use this data to answer your request, plan and confirm your booking and contact you if we have questions.

Requests are stored in our booking and guest database, hosted by our hosting provider Netlify (database service by Neon) in a data centre in the USA (Ohio); only our team has access. We send confirmations and replies by email through the service Resend. Bookings are deleted 12 months after the date of the visit; event and contact requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and meet our legal obligations, or until you ask us to delete them.

To protect against spam, the forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person is filling them in. Technical details about your browser and your IP address are sent to Cloudflare for this; no advertising cookies are set. To limit abuse we briefly count requests per IP address in encrypted (hashed) form.

Prize wheel

If you win on the prize wheel and request your voucher, we store your name, email address, the prize, the voucher code, its expiry date and whether it has been redeemed. We use this to send you the code, check it together with your email address when you redeem it, and keep to the rule of one voucher per person per month. The data is kept in the same database as the requests above; our team is notified of new vouchers by email. We keep it until you ask us to delete it.

News about events and menus

Only if you tick the box will we occasionally tell you about events and seasonal menus. You can unsubscribe at any time with a short message to us.

No tracking cookies

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies and loads no analytics services. Fonts are served from our own server. Your browser stores two things locally: your contact details after a request (so the form is pre-filled next time) and, for the length of your visit, the page you arrived from. Both stay on your device and can be deleted in your browser settings.

Map and external links

The map on the contact page only loads when you click it; your IP address is then sent to OpenStreetMap. Links to Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, Tripadvisor, Just Eat and Uber Eats take you to those sites, where their privacy policies apply.

Server logs

When you visit the site, technically necessary data (IP address, time, page requested, browser) is briefly stored in server logs to keep the site running and secure.

Your rights

You can ask at any time what data we hold about you and request that it be corrected or deleted. Write to info@anamira.ch.
