- Yes. From November 2026 we rent out our fully equipped restaurant for pop-up restaurants, cafés, take-aways, food shops and other hospitality concepts.
- Is the space fully equipped?
- Yes: professional kitchen with pizza oven, bar with coffee machine and dining room with tables, plates, glasses and cutlery. You can use everything that is there.
- How long can I rent the restaurant?
- 6 months, 12 months or longer, by agreement: as a pop-up or for the longer term.
- Which days can I open?
- That's up to you: opening days and hours follow your concept.
- How much is the rent?
- Conditions depend on the period and the concept and are on request. Write to us using the form or give us a call.

- At Üetlibergstrasse 30 in Zurich-Wiedikon (District 3), between Manesseplatz and Binz station, easy to reach on the S10.
